Building Instrument List

Each entry in the instrument list includes an instrument name, a serial number, two or three lot numbers, and a reagent name. The instrument name, Lot number, or reagent name are pre-defined by RTQC. Users can define their own instrument serial number or leave it blank.

1. Adding an entry to the instrument list
   Select an instrument in the scrolling list, then click on the button "Submit".
   Define a serial number for the instrument and select the lot numbers level I, level II, level III, or reagent in the instrument table, then click on the button "Add". The entry you selected will appear in the instrument table. Note that every time you change the instrument, you must click on the button "Submit" to refresh the instrument table.
2. Changing default options for data entry (for selected instrument)
   You can enter data by date/time or by run. you can enter single data point or enter summary data.
   Click on the button "Change" to save the changes you have made.
3. Editing test list for an instrument
   Click on the link "instrument name" to build test list for the instrument.
4. Deleting an entry from the instrument list
   Check the checkbox in the row you want to delete from the instrument list, then click on the "Delete Selected Instrument" button to confirm the deletion. Note that deleting a entry in the instrument list will remove all the data associated with this instrument.
