Entering QC data

1. Entering Your QC data
   First, select an instrument, then select the following options:
   • Shift: the shift (1-3) you are in.
     
   • Month: the month and year your QC data are collected.
     
   Click button "Submit". The data entry table will be refreshed.
   
   To configure the data entry form, you can change the following options:
   • Rows: the number of rows (1-31) in the data entry form.
     
   • Starting Day: if you enter data by date/time, the entry form will begin from the starting day.
     
   • Enter by row or by column: In data entry form, when you hit the "Enter" key, the cursor will move to the next cell in the same row or in the same column.
   • Enter by date or Enter by run: When you enter data by date, the data entry from will let you enter date and time for your data. When you enter data by run, the data entry form will automatically create a sequence number for your data.
   • Single data point or Summary data: In summary data mode, the data entry form let you enter the number of points, the mean and the standard deviation for your data. while in single data point mode, the number of poinst is always one. the data entry form only let you enter the value of your data.
   Click on button "Save changes" to save the changes you made.
   
   Then click on the Lot Number on the row with the instrument and instrument serial number you used in the data input table to bring up the data entry form.

   Click on the "Uploading your Qc data" to Upload your QC data
